question about pr application

i am going tosend full application to visa office ;

1- my child passport will be expired on august 31. i have applied for new one (takes 2-3) months is there any problem

2- i had only ref letter from my previous employers , no contracts,but i have for my recent employer ( the noc which i applied for)

1. ONLY PASSPORT OF PRINCIPAL APPLICANT REQUIRED TO DO INITIAL APPLICATION FOR CANADA PR.

2. IT IS ADVISABLE , YOU SHOW ALL OF YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND MANAGE APPOINTMENT AND REFERENCE LETTER FROM ALL PREVIOUS EMPLOYER.....

IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE, JUST SEND A LETTER TO CIC IN DETAIL........ABOUT MISSING DOCUMENTS

CIC REQUIRE FRESH REFERENCE LETTER WITH JOB DUTIES......YOU NEED TO AGAIN TO YOU PAST EMPLOYER AND ASK THEM TO PREPARE A FRESH COPY OF REFERENCE LETTER ACCORDING TO CIC RULES..

IT'S NOT A PROBLEM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CONTRACT LETTER.
