question about PPR

We got our medical request on November 3rd and we then submitted on November9. The Manila office then called us and said we passed our medical. The status in the ecas says decision made. But we have not gotten our PPR yet. Is it good news or bad news?

That's a positive news even I got my medicals done on 7th oct then medical received line got updated on 14th oct....desicion made line updated on 5th nov but still no PPR.....waiting to hear the good news soon
