Question about post graduate degrees

Hi everyone,

So I just completed my 3 year full time Bachelor of Science in Europe and now want to do one more step to get more CRS points before applying for express entry.

Now the question:
Does a 2 year full time diploma grant as many points as a 6 month graduate certificate in let's say Australia? Does the duration and name of this second degree matter?
