Hi

I'm currently living in Europe, and have a bachelor degree in software engineering plus about a year of work experience here.

At the moment I'm not eligible for express entry, as I need more work experience or a master's degree.

I'm wondering if there is any other way of moving to Canada for work.

As a side question: if I get a Canadian job offer, I'll become eligible for express entry. How hard is it to get a job offer and enter that path?

Thanks a lot in advance :)

Where are you from / what passport do you hold? How old are you?

Getting a job offer is next to impossible. The employer must go through the LMIA process which is long and expensive with no guarantee of approval. Generally speaking is very difficult to find employers willing to do this.

I'm 23 - from outside Europe

It doesn't help to say that you are from outside of Europe. You need to provide a country as requested. You may be eligible for a working holiday visa that would allow you to live and work in Canada for a period of time relatively easily. But impossible to say based on the information you've provided.
