Question about Police Certificate

Just want to confirm that when I got my ITA (hopefully soon, @451 CRS now), I don't need a police certificate based on the following travel history. Thanks in advance for any help!

After I officially became 18 years old, I spent most of my time in Canada. The total days I traveled back to my home country is 164 days, which is less than 6 months requirement for a foreign Police Certificate.

So I don't need a Police Certificate from my home country, right?

And also I don't a Canadian local PC since they will conduct their own background check instead, correct?

Technically you don't, but be sure to specify in your loe that you were there for 164 days. However it would be easier to just get one.
