Question about PNP in saskatchewan

I am negotiating with one truck driving firm to start working for them as truck driver. They are in PNP program.
I am from Serbia. Serbia is not on visa waiver list. If that company give me job offer, can i come to point of entry or i must get visa in my embassy.
