I mailed out my PNP federal application last month and because of Canada Post delays, the tracking information says it will do the delivery today, but my PNP certificate will also expire today. May I ask anyone who knows in my situation does my certificate counts as valid for today? And will my application been returned as incomplete or it will be accepted? Thank you in advance.
