The forms are ready (almost) and it should all be sent off tomorrow. Just a few quick questions to clarify some things.

One two of the applicant's forms, it asks for the parents' place of birth. For her father, we don't know. He is deceased, so we cannot ask him. We simply put Unknown, USSR.
For her mother, we put it as it's written in her passport, which doesn't actually list the city, just the region. Is that okay?

We also realized that we have different ways of transliterating Russian street names. I transliterate them from Russian, so I would write Nevsky Prospekt, whereas my wife tends to write: Nevsky Street. We used the name way on each form, but looking back at her TRV applications, she used her way. Would that be an issue? Should we include an explanatory letter?

Where ever you feel that there could be any discrepancy with any part of the application supporting documents etc, It should be noted in the explanatory letter or declaration
