Question about PGWP 180 days rule

IRCC said PGWP applying deadline will be 180 days after you receive official written document which indicates you finished course. But in my case, I received my completion letter on October but it said my program was completed on August. Then which date should I start to count 180 days? Could the issue date meet “OFFICIAL WRITTEN” standard?
I was really confused!!! Could anyone help me out?

What is the date on the completion letter? I know it says you completed in Aug, but was the sign off date on the letter

It says “this letter will confirm that as of October 5,2021……you has met all requirements…..start date: September 2019 completion date: Aug 10,2021” just like this. Any ideas? Thanks!

I did, just wondering when will meet the deadline for 180 days because they’re doing really slow for couple of months.
