Just needed some clarification on the subject of PCC since they are asking for the last 10 years. In my case, I have lived the past 10 years in my home country Pakistan, prior to which I lived in the UAE until the age of 28. So would I need to provide PCC from UAE since I have stayed there considerably long after 18, even though it has been more than 10 years?

You only need to provide PCCs for every place you have lived 6 months or more continuously in the last 10 years.
In fact, they only ask you for information about where you lived/worked/studied for 10 years when you fill out the PR application (this is after you are invited), and the placeholders for documents are generated based on this information. So I can guarantee you don't need a UAE PCC by default.
