Hi. My parents application is being process in London and they recently got medical and PCC request.
My question is about their PCC request. This is what the letter asks for:
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate , recently issued. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/13.
I always recall the request being since the age of 18 or the last 10 years. It will be extremely hard for my parents to get all the PCCs within 2 months for one of the countries they lived in (which was 20 years ago). Has anyone else got a request similar to ours? And do they mean last 10 years? or is it different for parents and grandparents?
Who can I call to confirm this?
