so we submitted our application for pr under Canadian common law last December 2015, and we received the AOR this Feb 4. i am currently on a visit pass right now but im still getting all my child benefits from CRA since i still have a legal status here in Canada, my visit pass is valid until April, i was just wondering if id still be able to receive all my benefits, right now, it really helps us a lot since my bf is not getting enough hours from work, would i get an implied status if by april i still dont have my open work permit?
also, does it take longer than the processing time they stated on the website for the OWP to get approved?
