I am looking for some advice of name changing in my case.
I am already a PR, living in Ontario, and just sent out the Citizenship application.
However, I still haven’t changed my last name yet, and would like to add an English name as a first name.
1. When is the best time for me to do the name changing? Before or after getting the citizenship?
2. Where should I go to do the name changing? What are the steps?
