question about my skilled worker application

hi all of u

i apply for federal skilled worker in aug 2007 from london.my age is 30 rightnow and also i have master degree in journalism. my wife has also b.com gra. i have 4 years experience job.i get 6 band (L-6.5,r-5,w-5.5,s-6).i lived 4 years in london on student visa.

i have complete 68 point in federal skilled worker file. how many time will take in my file.can i get it visa or they will call for interview.

Log-on to www.trackitt.com for a timeframe check of similar timeline cases. Sep 2007 cases of London are on their meds stage now. Interview is something no one can predict.

thanks for your answer.i am sorry i am asking another question about my file.
canada highcommission rerquire my wife degree certificate end of feb 2010.
and also i already for provisional certificate, because my univercity gives degree certificate only in march and april.

so are they refuse my pr file or give extra time.i alreasy provide all document.
