but we ( me and my wife )have own work in UAE and we have residence visa from UAE so if we want to live in UAE and visit Canada every 5 month
Someone told me you will lose your PR Card!!
Is That True?
If yes What should I do

There are answers to this on the CIC website. It all depends on how long you are spending in canada. See this page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=727&t=4

yes you will most likely lose it. PR card and status is for people whose primary residency is canada. You will need to live in canada physically for atleast 2 years something that would be hard to do by flying every 5 months. Seems you were not ready to settle in canada. You are lucky you got PR.

To maintain your status as a permanent resident, there are few requirements you must fulfill. One requirement is the residency obligation. You must live in Canada for at least two years within a five-year period. During this time you must be here physically.

The two years may not need to be continuous. An officer can confirm if your time in Canada counts when you:

re-enter Canada,
apply for a Permanent Resident Card, or
apply to be a Canadian Citizen.
Time spent outside Canada may also count towards the two years if you are:

travelling with your spouse or partner who is a Canadian citizen,
a childFootnote 1 travelling with a father or mother who is a Canadian citizen,
an employee of (or under contract to) a Canadian business.
It may also count if you are:

travelling with your spouse or partner who is a permanent resident and works full-time for:
a Canadian business, or
the public service of Canada or a province,
a child travelling with a father or mother who is a permanent resident and who works full-time for:
a Canadian business, or
the public service of Canada or a province.
an employee of (or under contract to) the public service of Canada or a province and you are on a full-time assignment to:
a position outside Canada,
a partner business outside Canada, or
a client of the Canadian business or the public service outside Canada.

As long as your wife is a Canadian citizen and you are always living with her, then it doesn't matter where in the world you are living or for how long, you will never lose your PR status. If living with your Canadian citizen spouse the Canadian physical residency obligation is waived.

Though if you live in UAE a long time and your PR card expires, you will need to get a PR Travel Document to ever return to Canada and renew your PR card.
