I applied for CSQ skill worker program this Match 2018 through Mon Projet, so I was wondering if I should apply through the new Arrima portal? and if I do would that speed up my application?

there is no harm , if you will apply through Arrima portal.. from my point of view. you should keep your option open.

I have applied in mon projet in 2016 13th of august. My application was accepted as my number was under 5000 applicants creteria. I have also paid my embassy fees . I also got the confirmation letter of fees. But after that there is no response in my profile.
