question about mistake done by IRCC

hello everyone here ..
i have question about something happend so we sent our app in jan 2020 got emil they start prossing it and i got 2 emil 2 weeks apart asking me to got the Medical and police clearnce with big mistake on both emil putting my husband date birth not mine so we called them to fix it and after so long they did only with police clearcns not with Medical when we called them they said i should try go with old one!! how on the earth I can do that!! the clinc from IRCC is 6 hours driving the dr who prfom the MA is doing only one day in week there is no chance for me to even give it try with old worng form
so i sent webform no answer yet
! so i've been waiting for so long i think 3 weeks or even more i didn't get anything
what should we do !!!!


+ i uploded my police record with pj pic 2 weeks ago and on the accont it's sitll showing me required!!! is that's ok ??

i need answers so i can feel pace it's so uneasy and very upstetting not knowing whats going on

There is a world Pandemic going on so I don't thing you will get an answer at the moment. They haven't really updated anything since Monday. If you call the Medical office and ask if they will accept it you can try that. Otherwise you're going to have to wait and ask for an extension in the meantime so at least it's on record. Everyone is in limbo at this point unfortunately.

i dont know how world pandemic effct papars work and how the IRCC do something like that i really dont get it
the MA clinc said it has to be the corrct info .. and they didn't even told me if they gave me extra time to get it done ..

Oh really???...You don't see how it can affect your paperwork. Sigh I guess you're not watching the news. Many companies are shutting down. I'm at work right now and my entire team has been separated and moved to other buildings due to this "Pandemic" guess what that means...Work is being affected.

Good luck with everything...As I said use a webform to ask for extra time to get this done. Can't say I didn't try to help.

When additional documentation is required, immigration officers will send a request letter allowing the applicant 90 days to respond. If a previous request for additional documents was sent, but the applicant could not meet the deadline, applicants will be given an additional 90 days to respond.

Though the biometric instruction letter will continue to say that applicants have 30 days to give biometrics, they will actually be allowed to complete this step in 90 days instead.
