Hi all I have some problems with the minimum wage for cec.
In my job offer it states something like annual salary is xxxxx( wage + bonus), but the bonus is paid in the end of the calendar year.
However I noticed that without the bonus, my monthly income divided by my working hour is below the minimum wage in my province.
My pay stub and T4 do reflect that my monthly salary is lower than the minimum wage, but if the end year bonus is included, I'm above the requirement.
I am not sure if this is fine for ee.
Anyone has any ideas about my situation?
