question about lost student visa

I am chinese international student studying in Canada (still in Canada right now). I lost my Chinese passport, Canada student visa and study permit in March, so I went to Embassy of China to get a new passport, and I submitted application of study permit the day after tomorrow. However, my university sent me email today, and they told me my stuff are found. My current passport number is different from the old one, so I am wandering that should I get a new student visa? It's that okay if I use my original visa to leave and come back Canada?? I have already bought the ticket to go back China on June 25, so if the original visa doesn't work, where or how can I apply new visa???

Call the CIC call centre. THey will guide you the best.
If you havent submitted a report for stolen passport u might be ok. Have you told the Canadian Immigration that u lost ur visa/ Permit ?

Yes, I have and I also put the police report number on the application

U need to contact them and explain to them what happened. I think write them a letter and wait for the answer before u travel. It could turn Ugly for you on ur return.
