Question about IQAS assessment for a double major

Hi everyone,

I graduated from a four year university with a major in Business Administration and a double major in Fashion Business.

My official English diploma and transcript are issued as a single document, and they include the following information:

College: Business Administration
Division / Department: Business Administration
Degree Conferred: Bachelor of Business Administration
Interdisciplinary Major: Fashion Business
Interdisciplinary Degree Conferred: Bachelor of Fashion Business

When applying for an assessment through IQAS, should I add a separate credential for the second major, or should I simply list it as Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Fashion Business and submit the single set of documents?

I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you!
