Hi! i wonder what do they usually ask you on the interview?

Depends on what category you are applying. If its skilled worker, then they might want to look at the originals of your education/work documents. This is to know if the person has the skills under which they are coming to Canada. If you are applying under family class, then they might ask about the relationship with the sponsor, how long have you known etc.

Ultimately, they would go thru your application and ask you questions arising from the same.

During the interview, stay calm and confident. They won't grill you or interrogate you. Just plain Q's and A's. If you do not understand a question, feel free to ask the interviewer to repeat. If you do not know an answer to a question, frankly say so (you need not know every single thing about your work).

it's depentent child.... in my case children

In that case, you would need to take any or all documents that prove your relationship with your children. This would include your birth certificate, your spouse's birth certificate, your marriage certificate and the birth certificate of your children (apart from documents that show you are eligible to sponsor them - your PR card/Citizenship card etc). Take originals and copies. Ensure they are in English (or French).

There have been cases that people sponsor their close relatives (niece/nephew etc) by claiming that they are their (sponsor's) own children. Hence they must have asked for an interview.

will my parent have to talk in english?

Your parents would accompany your children to the interview?

It is advisable to take another person to help in translating/explaining the questions.
