I have scored the following results:
Listening 7.5, Reading 5.5, writing 6, speaking 8
would i score CLB 7 by this figures?
Do you advise me to proceed with applying to CIC skilled worker program?

Scoring 8-7-7-7 in IELTS boosts your profile by quite some points. I'd suggest you to score the above mentioned points, apart from that, inserting this score, try to calculate your points. If, the score is somewhere near 440-450, you can go ahead with these scores.

The last draw cut off was 449.
