And should I withdraw my refugee application and wait 12 months right ?
In that time how I can be legal in country ?
And if them said you have to leave the country what should do if I can’t ?

1. You withdraw your Refugee claim, your removal becomes effective. You won't have a choice about leaving Canada, CBSA will remove you.
