Question about filling travel history

Hi, I have a question.

I'm trying to fill out the forms for PR application after obtaining the CSQ. And I'm a little confused about how to fill the travel history because to get my PGWP, I flagpoled a couple of times to get it. Now my question is, do I add the flagpole to travel history? If I have to add it, what would be the purpose? Cause the length of the travel is less than one day and I'm worried that if I don't add it, it will affect my application.

In purpose of travel you put: Flagpoling.

It won't affect your application at all—they can perfectly see that you flagpoled that day (and thousands of people do it every year)

Really? Even if I tried to flagpole more than once, I can just tell them that?

Also, all trips include the travels that I fid to go back to my home country right?
