Hey Guys,

A few months ago, after receiving my AOR via EMAIL I could check my e-cas with the code they sent me in the AOR (starts with a B in my case), last week I went to the CIC in my country (Caracas) and submitted my docs, in there they gave me another code (2nd AOR, also starts with a B). Since that day I haven't been able to access my old AOR nor the new one through e-cas.

What happened? I know it will take a few days or weeks to update the new one (I assume) but what about the old one? did it got erased or what?

Your 2nd AOR should be accessible in e-CAS soon.
 
Found the error,

Turns out, I was using 5401 Receipt with the B0XXXXXXXX, it's actually Immigration File. Checked my 1st AOR and it says "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete"

This should change to Docs received by VO, right?
