Question about document i need to enclose for trv

As a CEO does my husband need to enclose his payslip and leave of absence sheet to his document for TRV?
As long as issuing this for all his employee is on himself,does he need to enclose his as well?

How lenght of cover letter is ok?

Approved leave is an additional document to submit not compulsory. i didn't submitted . "Covering letter should be like a summary of your application it can be 2 pages
