My three years work permit has already expired last year 2013, june, but im going to send my application for CEC at the end of this month, am i still eligible to apply BOWP when i receive the AOR?? Thank you

What type of visa are you holding at the moment if your pgwp had expired last year? Visitor? If so, You are not eligible for bowp as one of the conditions us your current wp must be expiring within 4 month.

Yes, im holding visitor visa right now

Ok, if so, you are not eligible. You may have to find the employer who is willing to do a LMO for you if you want to work.

I am sorry to say this, but if you read the cic website re bowp, it states that you must have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within 4 months.
