New rule coming from end of June 2015
Need to stay 4 in canada for citizenship

This is not fair to me bcz I am in canada since 2013 not PR done yet
So my previous time will be not counted

Also as per new law our PR card possibly need to extend bcz it will be valid for five years means if you spend more than a year out of five year you PR card must need to be renewed

My question from June PR card validity would be more than five years or not

There are no changes to PR cards. They will continue to be valid for 5 years.
