question about background declaration form

Hello everybody,

I'm buzy filling out the background declaration form. IMM5669E.
Now I'm confused about the question: Membership or association with organisations.
You have to write the dates: from and to. What do I say for the date 'to' if I'm stiil a member and going to for the next years?
Do I just type a date in the future or something, or leave it blank?

Write 'present'.

It may not let you type it into the form, but you can fill that out by hand after it's been printed.

Yeah, you can't fill 'present' on the form, at least not electronically. What we did was write the date as of the time we completed the form, then we added an attachment stating 'to present'...
