Question about B4A form

Filling out our B4A form Personal Effects Accounting Document. There is a field at the top called 'Document No.' and I'm not sure what that's referring to, or what to put in there. Any help appreciated.

1. Leave it blank but you should be using the new BSF 186 and 186A http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/bsf186-eng.html

the bottom of the bsf 186a does say B4A so thats what I think lunacie is referring to. We used the BSF 186 for the goods we were bringing with us and the bsf 186a for the goods to follow
