Question about applying under PhD stream

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to know did anyone apply under NOC 4012 with TA experience only. I mean without any RA experience?

From the example titles are:

teaching assistant – post-secondary
teaching assistant – university
teaching assistant, college

So, does this mean that one can apply under PhD stream with only TA experience?
