Hi guys, I am holding open work permit valid till 2025 and my girlfriend hold a work permit from international experience Canada, which is working holiday.
Our plan is to apply for common law partner after we living togethers for 1 year. Now the problem is her visa only valid for 1 year. So we’re planing to go for a trip and she come back here as a visitor. Then she can stay half year more, and we will apply for common law partner at that time.
do you guys think it is a possible way for us?
