question about appendix a(PPR) march applicant

just a quick question, im a march applicant and i receive an email last aug. 5 for ppr. on the next day i sent my passport,immigration photos,qsc and appendix a. i thought everything was smooth. but yesterday i found out that the file no. in appendix a form is same with the application no., since i dont know the file no. i left it blank. and one more thing, i wrote all the information of my sponsor including his passport no. and expiration date but i was told that they dont need those information since he is not accompanying me and he is my sponsor. its my bad because i got so excited filling out appendix a form and sent it right after they request my passport without asking about my confusion.my question is, will it effect my application? do i need to send them a letter thru email to explain my mistake? im really worried. please help me. thank you in advance!

no, it will not affect your application. if they want another new appendix a, they will ask for one. there's not much you can do about it at this point.
