It is asking to list Family members,
I am sponsoring my husband he is the APPLICANT.
Should he include Me on the spouse?
Should he include our child who is already a Canadian Citizen?

Pls answer, thank you very much!

no, the family members being referred to on this form are those family members who are also being sponsored to become pr. ie: if a couple and their child were all being sponsored by another person. this does not include you, the sponsor, or your canadian child. your husband will need to include both of you on the "additional family information" form.

Sory, but I believe that you are wrong....

All family members accompanying or not need to be included...
If for example your husband has another child that is not being sponsored need to be included..

even your son that is already a citizen need to be included...

i am not sure awesomeg is correct, so it appears we have a difference of opinion here...

perhaps you can post this in your visa office thread? as far as i know, when they reference family members, it is ONLY the people being sponsored. This is the rule for ALL applicant forms! There is no reason for canadian citizens to be included in the applicant forms, unless it is the "additional family information" form. Perhaps i am wrong, and it's location specific. Though, I've never seen the opposite be true on this forum.

you may also find luck sending a private message to "scylla", "leon", "zardoz" or "allura71". Their answers will be the most accurate you will receive on this forum.

bumping this up to the top so an expert can chime in and provide an answer for the OP. We seem to have a difference in opinions, and it's causing confusion. Thanks!

i have one question . i got PPR i am principal applicant is living in UAE & while my 1 year old son dependent is living in Canada with her mother who is our sponsor . so i have to fill both of us information in Appendix A - Update information chart ?
