Question about a PR application

Hi all,

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow. I have been here for 18 months. My work permit is about to expire.

I think I can apply under FSW. However, I am not sure if I am eligible to apply for a PR regardless of the short time left on the work permit.

Any advice?
