Question 9b Citizenship Application

Hi all, appreciate your help in clarifying some question regarding question 9b.
Basically 1) What do we put as the start date for the the status (date we got the relevant status/permit or the start date of the eligibility period which may be after the date we got the status). and 2) how do we treat implied status between study and workpermit or workpermit and a renewed permit. Here are our case facts in case it helps to clarify the question

• Our eligibility period is from June 05 2014 to June 05 2019
  
  
• We became PR on January 17th 2017
  
  
• For Question 9b
  • My study permit was valid from July 21st 2013 to August 30th 2015
    
  • I applied for my work permit before the study permit expired but received it on September 15th 2015
    
  • Hence between August 30th to September 15th, I was on an implied status
  
  
• Based on these facts, should I simply put in two lines in the answer for myself:
  • Student: Date your status was obtained/effective: 2013-07-21 and Date your Status expired: 2015-09-15
    
    
  • Temporary Worker: Date obtained: 2015-09-15, Date expired: 2017-01-17 (the day I got PR)
    
    
  • Or should I put in an additional line regarding implied status between August 30th and September 15th
  
  
• For my wife, she had a work permit from September 30th 2013 to August 30th 2015 and similar to me, she got her renewed work permit on September 15th 2015
  
  
• Hence, should she put in just one line saying Temporary worker from 2013-09-30 to 2017-01-17 or should she put in 3 lines:
  • 1) Temporary worker from 2013-09-30 to 2015-08-30.
    
    
  • 2) Implied status from 2015-08-30 to 2015-09-15 and
    
    
  • 3) Temporary worker from 2015-09-15 to 2017-01-17
