Hello,
I could use some help. I have been granted a temporary work permit through the spousal sponsorship program and I have had my medical exam done so now I would like to have the restrictions lifted so I could work in the medical field which is my field of experience.

Which of the following do you suggest I select?
  • Apply for work permit with the same employer
  • Restore my status as a worker
  • Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
  • Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,

Alejandra

First time or new employer.

My apologies, going over it in my head and trying to make sense of it. Although I am currently a holder of a temporary work permit, as I am applying for a new work permit without restrictions, I should check off " Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer"?

Thank you again for taking the time out to respond.
