I hv 3 questions
I bacame Permanent Resident on june 2015 and now I am applying for renewal on 01 june 2020.

Should I start to write down the addresses since I bacame Permanent Resident i.e 28 june 2015 or full last 5 years.

2) biometrics required or not

3) should I attach the certified photocopies or not
