Question 12(b) On Citizenship Application

Hi All
I am about to fill in the citizenship application for my spouse, i have a slight confusion regards 12(b)

My Spouse became PR on 23-Dec-2016

How will i fill the table below

TaxYear Required to File Taxes Filed
2015 No No
2016 Yes Yes (Filed in 2017)
2017 Yes Yes (Filed in 2018)
2018 Yes Yes Filed in 2019)
2019 No or Yes (What would i fill here) ?

I will be signing the app in Jan-2020, at that time the tax filing would not have opened for the year 2019.
Also will i fulfill condition of filing 3 years in the last 5 years, in terms of eligibility.

Any thoughts.
