What do i put on the 'TO DATE' for my current employer on Question 11?

Do I put today's date or Write it as 'Current' or 'Present' or 'Now'?

Hi all ! not sure if I have to put my address or the employer address under question number 11 ( where were you physically located ????? because is saying ( you ) but I already covered my home addresses in question number 10, so not sure, please help!

Someone in another forum said they called and the agent said to put your own personal physical address doesnt make sense to me though.

Present. Putting 10/2017 is assuming you have been laid off i suppose

I wrote PRESENT. You can write 10/2017. I don't think it makes a difference.
I wrote PRESENT too as I saw the prior address question the default setting is present too...

Yeah its confusing. Easier to write address of the employer there.


I am waiting anyways. I dont know what to put there either
