Question 11 - education (MOOCs, online non-degree courses)

Hi,

For question 11 in the citizenship application: "were you working, studying, " etc...

1. Should I list online courses taken from MOOCs like Cousera, eDx, etc? (i.e. non-degree online courses)
2. How about work-related minor training (e.g. project management in-service)?

For #1 - If yes, what should I provide as contacts?

(MOOCs = massively open online courses)
