Query relating to transfer

hello,
I have pursued Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) and have 2 years of experience.I have applied in two colleges as of now: 1) Diploma. 2) PG Diploma course. The course i am interested in is a dilpoma course but the processing time of that college is very long. So is it ok if i take the admission in the other college and take the transfer afterwards? will it affect me in any way ?

That would be considered misuse of leniency they provide. As you know what you are doing it will be called breach of trust.
Though you can come and make a switch but you have to get your study permit changed once you in Canada.
