Query related to pcc

I am a citizen of india and have obtained pcc for india. However in 2016 i was in USA for 10 months hence I'm asked to obtain a pcc for USA.
We have checked on the USA pcc and it takes between 12-13 weeks to get the pcc which is exceeding the time within which we have to accept the ITA and send the documents to CIC.

Kindly suggest what would be the procedure we need to follow while accepting the ITA and sending the documents while we are awaiting for the pcc from United States.

Do we need to get the pcc in case if we stayed in USA for 10 months.

Yes you do. If you have lived in any country for more than six months consecutively then you need a PCC from that country.
