Query regarding Work Experience

Is Work Experience gained before the bachelor or master degree in the same field as experience acceptable for immigration? I have 3 years of experience which is in last 10 years but before my higher qualifications. will this be okay?

Experience gained before bachelor's means they will not consider your education is full time. Only after bachelor's your experience count as full time. In your case Yes it is acceptable.
