Query regarding WES Credential Assesment

Hello all,

I am from India and i have completed my 4 years of bachelor program ( Btech ) and a 1 year of Post graduate Diploma program from the University.

Actually the university is denying to give me transcripts for the 1 year PG Diploma which i have completed ( as they are telling that there will be no transcipts provided for 1 year program ) . I have planned to apply for the PR & i have heard that if we have 2 or more degree, diploma certificates ( one of 3+ years ) then we can gain good points.

So is there any way to get evaluated by the WES without the transcripts ????

What is the name of the university? You must be having a mark-sheet or/and certificate for this diploma. Try and get it attested from the university in a sealed envelope
