Hello Members,

I am a bit confused about the WES assessment which is to be done for PR purpose.
I have my master's degree already assessed, but still do I need to assess my bachelor's degree?
Does WES assessment and NOC code have any relevance amongst them?

Some insight on this will be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

If you have ECA for your Masters as a Masters then you don’t need your degree assessed. Your NOC must be skilled with one year continious, full-time work. WES and NOC are not related unless applying to some PNPs.

Hi Naturgrl,

Thanks for the response and the update.
My WES assessment has been awarded as Masters(which was MBA). But what was confusing me was that my current job role is related to bachelor's degree (which is engineering) and hence led to the confusion of any relation amongst NOC code and WES assessment.

Also, my spouse(dependent) will be accompanying with me, do I need to get her degree assess by WES when applying for pr?

Any insight on this will be helpful.

Again thanks in advance.

If your wife is accompanying, then she doesn’t need WES or IELTS if your score is high enough. You need to calculate if your score is higher or lower with or without these two documents.
