My Work permit visa expires by March 16th. Work permit renewal is under progress. Now can I initiate visa for my parents . I wanted them to visit Canada as a tourist.
Your parents can either apply to visit on their own (as tourists).... or they can wait until you are approved (family visit).
IMO, their chances of approval would be better if they apply after you get a WP. Of course, they would still need to prove that they will be short-term visitors
