We are from India.. Our Canada PR expires on 15 June'23. We came to Canada(soft Landing) on 28th Feb'18 and returned back to India on 8th March'18. Post that, due to personal reasons and covid reasons, we couldn't come back for staying permanently.
Now, we are planning to come back (trying for August'21) once situation gets normal.
1. Will Canadian government let us continue our stay considering 730 days condition is not getting fulfilled? Do you have any other client who experienced some situation like this? Pls help what we can do.
2. We got blessed with a baby girl on 31st march'20. We need to sponsor her as well, please suggest procedure to do that, cost involved and time required for this.
