Query regarding my BC PNP

I applied my bc pnp file at $16 but my employer hired LMIA worker at supervisor position at $20 now my bc pnp officer asked for number of employees worker at my place and there pay rate. Will this be an issue regarding my lower pay than LMIA supervisor. If anyone know

Are you also a supervisor? You didn't say what your job was.
