IF I SEND A DECLARATION TO CIO THAT I WILL SUBMIT IELTS RESULT IN RESPECTIVE VISA POST AFTER RECEIVING MY FILE NO. THEN WILL IT DO, PLEASE ANYBODY ADVISE

Yes it is available on the www.cic.gc.ca...if you dont send your test score with the application they will return the application...

Mine was returned back bec I submitted academic ielts. As per new rule must submit original GENERAL ielts or will not process and return back to u. Ur choice it will be sent 3 to 4 months time bec they send by regular mail
